How to order
Here are some points to bear in mind when ordering your Ons.
Use our Size Guide to find the right size for you.
Not sure what size of Ons to order? No problem: our Size Guide will tell you in just two steps what size is right for your feet. You’ll find it in the size selection section, or can go straight to it here.
Your country of residence will be pre-selected.
We can see automatically what country you are ordering from, to help us get your Ons onto your feet as quickly as possible and with a minimum of Customs formalities. But should the country automatically displayed be incorrect for some reason, you will be able to change this at the end of any page.
The price shown is final.
We’ll display the price of your purchase in the currency appropriate to your country of residence: euros, US dollars, UK pounds or Swiss francs. The price shown includes VAT. If your country uses another currency from the above, We’ll show the price in euros or US dollars. Our currency conversion rates here are adjusted every three months.
Our products are shown as accurately as possible.
We take a huge amount of care to present our Ons as accurately as we can. The images provided may still show some slight deviations from the actual shoes, however, depending on your browser and screen display.
You can also order as a guest.
If you provide your email address and a password when ordering, you’ll be able to check up on your latest orders and their shipping status at any time thereafter. If you?re in a hurry, though, you can also place your order as a guest, without entering a password.
Vouchers can be redeemed when paying.
If you have a voucher, you’ll be able to redeem this in the final step of the ordering process, when you are asked how you wish to pay. When you do so, the corresponding amount will be automatically shown and credited.
You’ll receive a confirmation of your order.
We'll send you an email confirmation of the order you have placed as soon as your payment has been approved. Your credit card or PayPal account will only be debited, however, when your order is shipped.
Only available products can be ordered.
You will only be able to order those On models and sizes that are currently available in your country of residence. If the Ons you want are temporarily sold out, just leave us your email address and We’ll let you know as soon as they are available again.
If we can’t supply the Ons you’ve ordered, We’ll refund you in full.
We may exceptionally find that we are unable to supply the Ons you have ordered. Should this be the case, we reserve the right to refund your payment instead of fulfilling your order. Needless to say, you will be immediately informed in any such event.
How to pay
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card or via PayPal.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be transferred to the external PayPal website. Here you will need to either log in (if you have used PayPal before) or register (if you have not).
Once you have made your PayPal payment, you will be automatically directed back to our online shop. Please be sure to wait until this has been done. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment amount has been credited to our PayPal account.
Don’t have either of these payment options? No problem: you can pay the order amount directly into our bank account. To do so, please contact our On Customer Service at support@on-running.com.
Enhanced security with MasterCard SecureCode
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible using our online shopping option. that’s why we’ve also adopted MasterCard SecureCode, a service that provides additional protection against unauthorized access to your credit card account.
To take advantage of this extra security option, you’ll need to register for MasterCard SecureCode with your bank or card issuer. For further details here visit the MasterCard website at\xC2\xA0www.mastercard.us/support/securecode.html.
Once you have registered for MasterCard SecureCode and set up your own password with your card issuer, you will be asked to provide this password every time you use your card to pay online. This means that even if someone else knows your card number, they will not be able to use this for payment as they will not know your password.
Please note: your MasterCard SecureCode password is separate from your password to your On account, and On will have no access to it.
Is it safe to buy my Ons online?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to make your online shopping with us as simple and safe as possible. SSL both encrypts and protects all the data you send us over the Internet. When SSL is activated, a padlock will be shown in the address line on your browser and/or the address will begin not with the usual ’http’ but with https’. So when you see this, you can sit back and shop with us knowing that all your transactions are totally safe and secure.
