The rules are simple.
Run to the predefined destination with the Run via Trip app.
Aim to arrive at the Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field at 15:00.
Make the most of your run and check-in virtually with all other people running with the Run via Trip app. Post your impressions on the social network of your choice with the #OnFriends #runtripvia hashtag.
* In case of rain, the schedule and connected times may be changed.
You can start using the app after 00:00 on the day of the event. Run your favorite route wherever you like and aim to be at the predefined destination at 15:00. Don't forget to launch the app while running!

15:00 GOAL TIME
Please gather at “Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field” by this time.

16:30 CHILL OUT TIME
Enjoy a bath at “Iwatake no Yu” or enjoy some time-out on a lush slope. Relax for a while until sunset.
17:30 TO HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR
Take a gondola to the terrace.
18:00 ENJOY & RELAX
Apéro on the terrace while enjoying the view of the Hakuba Sanzan!
19:00 AFTER PARTY
Outdoor after-party in midst of nature.
21:00 TIME TO REST
Overnight-stay in tent (for which an advanced sign-up is required and equipment is not provided).

Hakuba Village is located in the mountainous area of the Japanese Alps, on the outskirts of Nagano City, which hosted the 1998 Winter Olympics. Known as the mecca of winter sports, it expands the mountain resort area using terrain suitable for running and hiking.
