Descent shoe for middle distances
comFirst time trying the ON brand and I am not disappointed.
This shoe is light enough for races and speed work but feels durable enough for longer distance racing as well. There is not much cushioning but oddly enough, it still works for a comfortable and springy run.
My only complaints are that these are very loud shoes. Wore them in a race today and even other commented on how loud my steps were. Secondly, the gripping is not great on wet surfaces. I would avoid in the rain/snow.
