Starting a long run in the Highlands, you can never be sure how the day will flow, rain will make way to sun, calm to gales, and everything in-between, in my mind, it's the perfect testing ground for kit, if it survives in Scotland, it's going to do pretty well more or less anywhere in the World!
I get into trouble for not slapping on enough sunscreen as the bonce never lies, even in Scotland! That's all changed since I started running with this cap, no more telltale sunburn, no more pealing scalp, that's all gone thanks to a lightweight cap that I will reach for time and time again. Now the weather has changed in the Highlands, the days are increasingly damp, so the cap has a new task, which it is performing equally as well - keeping the rain out of my eyes so I can see the trail ahead.
A great cap which does everything it needs to, without getting in the way! I keep wearing it, so it must be good!
