I originally went in with my eyes on the Cloud X due to my versatility with working out: I usually blend running, rowing, biking and weights to my routine. I'm not a marathoner: I typically run 5-10K's to mix in.
I enjoyed the Cloud X's but the salesperson had me try on Cloudflyer's and also the Cloudsurfer. Cloud X's seemed good, the Cloudflyer better and as soon as I slipped on the Cloudsurfer and took 5 steps, I knew they were the best for me. They propelled me forward even by just walking and felt insanely comfortable from the forefoot to midfoot to heel. I typically have issues with shoes being comfortable in just one spot but these hit all areas. They have a bit of a "bounce" to them.
I know everyone's foot and preferences are different but these were without a doubt, the most comfortable shoes I've ever stepped into. I came from Adidas UltraBoosts, Brooks Ghosts and a few Mizuno's along the way. There's no comparison. I'm looking forward to seeing how they fare in the southern heat as they are insanely breathable. Give these a shot!
